Segmental circular cold saw blades

Segmental circular saw blades with inserted tooth segments combine the greatest possible stability and reliability with a superior efficiency. On these saw blades, the main blade primarily consists of tool steel, while the segments are made of HSS high-speed tempered steel (material number 1.3343). The individual segments are connected to the main blade according to the tongue and groove principle, radially attached with rivets and secured by rivets at the so-called segment joint, thus creating a closed segment ring.

In the area of the segmental circular saw blade, Lennartz can look back on a long tradition. In 1921, Lennartz already manufactured the first segmental saw blade; Since then, this tool has become one of our main products.

Economical steel and non-ferrous metal processing is possible with segmental circular saw blades, because worn or damaged segments can be replaced quickly and easily.

Segmental circular cold saw blades standard version

The standard version of the segmental circular cold saw blades utilizes the forward and trailing cut geometry. We use quality material number 1.3343 (S 6-5-2) for the saw body. The center bore and any necessary pin holes can be placed and sized according to the customer's specifications. Further details can be obtained from the brochure.
